Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Lead Caregiver who acts as shift leader, delivering consistent resident care while guiding the caregiving team.

You will manage assignments, provide hands-on ADL support, coach staff on quality, hospitality, and ISP alignment, and help onboarding. This role blends frontline caregiving with leadership, with growth opportunities and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.

Responsibilities

19.65 - 24.60
