Sunrise Senior Living in Littleton, CO is seeking a Lead Caregiver to act as shift leader, guiding the caregiving team and delivering high-quality resident care. You will coach staff, monitor charts, and ensure ISP alignment, while supporting onboarding and safety.

The role emphasizes hands-on ADL support, communication, and reliable coverage to maintain consistent service for residents and families. Competitive hourly pay with benefits is included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.

Responsabilités

Pay Range: 18.20 - 22.85
