Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver to oversee shift leadership and ensure high-quality resident care while mentoring the caregiving team.

You will lead assignments, provide hands‑on support, coach staff on quality, and monitor charting to align with ISPs. Strong communication and prior senior care experience are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills essential.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities
