Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Boulder, CO is seeking a Lead Caregiver to lead caregiving teams, ensure quality of care, and mentor staff in a vibrant senior living community.

The role emphasizes coordinating coverage, supporting ADLs, reviewing ISP-aligned charting, and driving compassionate, compliant care while fostering a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care

Responsibilities
