Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver in Arlington, VA. You will lead shift assignments, coach the caregiving team, and ensure high-quality resident care while supporting onboarding and mentoring new staff.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications, plus experience in assisted living or senior care. This role emphasizes professionalism and compassionate service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Pay Range:

17.30 - 21.70
