Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced Health Services leader to oversee clinical teams across assigned programs, ensuring high-quality care and efficient operations.

The role requires five years of clinical experience with case management, plus supervisory experience and active RN License or equivalent certifications. Occasional travel is expected, and the role emphasizes collaboration, coaching, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years clinical experience, including case management.
• Minimum of three years direct health plan experience in case management, utilization management, behavioral health, and/or disease/condition management preferred.
• Active, unrestricted RN license, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW as required; CCM certification also required or within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in the development, implementation, and ongoing operation and maintenance of assigned programs, services, or functions.
• Improve department performance through oversight and coaching of team members, managing performance and processes.
• Monitor daily workflow and caseloads to ensure proper distribution and processing of tasks.
• Oversee orientation and training of new hires and provide ongoing supervision and evaluation of staff.
• Participate in hiring decisions with Director and HR and monitor team performance against quality metrics.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using lean methodologies and monitor KPIs via visual boards.
• Coordinate with other departments and external partners to optimize service delivery and information.
