PacificSource is seeking a senior Health Services leader to oversee program development, implementation, and ongoing operation within our Health Services team. You will coach and develop staff, drive lean process improvements, and ensure high-quality service for members, providers, and employers.

A strong background in case management and utilization management, plus clinical licensure, is required. This role also involves supervisory responsibilities and travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years clinical experience including case management.
• At least three years direct health plan experience in CM, UM, behavioral health, or disease management.
• Active, unrestricted RN, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW credential required.
• CCM certification required at time of hire or within two years.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, implementation, and operation of assigned programs and services.

• Oversee staffing, training, and annual reviews; participate in hiring decisions.
