Medical Solutions Direct Hire seeks a Lead Cardiovascular Technologist in Irvington, NY. The role coordinates Cath/EP lab workflow, mentors staff, and ensures quality and safety during complex procedures. Requires leadership and clinical oversight in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, with days shifts and 10-hour days. BLS/ACLS, RCIS/RCES credentials, and scrub technician experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred or equivalent
• Scrub technician training or hospital-based training program completed
• RCIS or RCES certification required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• 5+ years scrub/cardiac technician experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily room assignments, workflow and staffing in Cath/EP labs.
• Mentor, train and supervise staff; participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Lead case huddles, communicate new processes and protocols.
• Ensure procedural documentation, accuracy and billing readiness.
