Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Lead Cardiovascular Technologist to supervise the Cardiac Catheterization Lab in Valhalla, NY. The role focuses on coordinating daily workflow, ensuring procedural excellence, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The Lead acts as a mentor to staff, supports recruitment and onboarding, and leads continuous quality improvement in a high-acuity environment. Requires strong clinical judgment and cardiology experience.

Competenze

• 5+ years scrub technician or cardiac technician experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• RCIS or RCES certification required.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily room assignments, workflow, and staffing in the cath lab.
• Mentor and train staff; support clinical competency and performance evaluations.
• Lead invasive cardiology procedures in Cath and EP labs as required.
• Ensure safety, quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
