Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and CST certification.
• 3–5 years of Surgical Technologist experience with Cardiac/Vascular focus.
• Strong leadership, team mentoring, and OR readiness skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for procedures and manage instruments.
• Maintain sterile technique and monitor equipment during cases.
• Lead OR readiness, staff supervision, and cross-department coordination.
• Collaborate with Central Processing and Materials Management for workflow.
• Train and mentor surgical technologists on equipment use.
