• Oversee Heart Clinic echocardiographic services, ensuring quality and adherence to ASE/IAC guidelines.
• Lead clinical and technical education for staff; evaluate staff performance and development.
• Perform and supervise advanced echocardiographic exams; provide preliminary findings to physicians.
• Mentor and educate staff, fellows, students, and other departments; drive quality improvement initiatives.
