Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed cardiac imaging registrations within 12 months.
• Experience with echocardiography imaging equipment and patient positioning techniques.
• Ability to produce and analyze high-quality cardiac ultrasound images.
• Ability to explain the echocardiogram to patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Verifies orders in Cerner and ensures patient data is captured.
• Performs echocardiograms following ICAEL standards and protocols.
• Sends images to PACS and completes preliminary reports for Cardiologist.
