Job summary

Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Arizona seeks a Cardiac Sonographer to join our Cardio Non-Invasive team. You will perform echocardiography studies, aid in diagnosis, ensure patient safety, and support physicians with timely results.

Ideal candidate is ARDMS/CCI certified or eligible, with BLS, and 1–2 years of clinical experience; procedural experience is a plus. This full-time day shift offers 4 x 10-hour shifts and on-site work near Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of an accredited Allied Health Cardiovascular program; national certification in Cardiac Sonography (ARDMS or CCI) with eligibility to obtain certification within 12 months.
• Must have BLS certification/ability to upload BLS into application.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs echocardiography procedures following orders; adheres to ASE/IAC guidelines and maintains quality measures.
• Educates patients and families about procedures; promotes teamwork and efficient use of resources.
