Job summary

Prime Car Wash is seeking an Assistant General Manager to guide operations at our wash location, lead the team, drive sales, and handle employee relations. You will own all aspects of the wash, providing leadership and coaching to empower the team toward success while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of leadership and management experience.
• Willingness to learn car wash tunnel equipment operations, maintenance and repair.
• Proven track record of managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cars and detailing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the wash facility.
• Manage opening and closing procedures of the wash location.
• Coach and mentor employees to enhance wash quality.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all roles including sales, labor, detailing and management.
• Oversight of wash equipment operations and ordering of supplies.
• Operate POS systems and related software.
