Prime Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to lead a new location and drive sales, customer relationships, and team development. The role emphasizes strong leadership, mentoring, and maintaining high standards of service.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, learn car wash processes, and manage staff to deliver a top-notch guest experience. This position offers a competitive salary with profit sharing and growth opportunities within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven success in managing day-to-day operations with 20+ employees.
• Experience leading a new location build-out is a plus.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, and coach staff.
• Knowledge of car wash and detailing is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-week GM training program at the corporate locations.
• Build and train a team from the ground up for the new location.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach new employees for continuous improvement.
• Manage day-to-day operations and equipment functions of the car wash facility.
• Deliver strong hospitality and customer service skills to guests and members.
• Demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash, including sales, labor, and detailing.
• Oversee the ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products.
• Operate a complex POS system and other wash-related computer programs.
