Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven track record managing day-to-day operations.
• Experience leading fast-paced teams.
• Knowledge of cars and detailing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day and equipment operations of car wash facility.
• Hiring and training of new employees.
• Coaching and working with employees to better themselves as well as the wash quality.
• Delivering strong hospitality and customer service skills to guests and members.
• Knowledge of and an ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash (sales, labor, detail) in addition to management as needed.
• Ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products.
• Operation of POS system as well as other wash computer programs.
