Job summary

GO Car Wash is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help run daily site operations at one of our busy car wash locations. You will assist the Site General Manager with inventory, equipment, safety standards, and delivering a convenient, high-quality car wash experience for customers.

You will also help hire, train, coach and develop teammates, lead by example, and strive to meet sales and service targets while upholding our values in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site General Manager with daily site operations.
• Help manage inventory, equipment, service and safety standards.
• Address customer claims and ensure a high-quality car wash experience.
