Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE registration and/or PMP certification strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling tools, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital projects from concept to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, resources, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations to meet objectives.
• Perform feasibility studies, cost estimates, and technical evaluations.
• Prepare proposals, progress reports, and final documentation for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage contractors and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
