Job summary

TEXAS TOOL BELT LLC is seeking a Lead canvass supervisor to oversee a team of canvassers in daily field operations in Dallas, TX. You will ensure route coverage, hit goals, and provide on-the-spot support and coaching.

You will partner with the County Canvass Manager to launch routes each morning and report performance data, while coordinating supplies and addressing issues in real time.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of canvassers in the field.
• Ability to coach and adjust tactics in real time.
• Strong communication with field staff and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of canvassers during daily field shifts, ensuring routes are covered and goals are met.
• Conduct morning launch with the County Canvass Manager for route assignments and daily goals.
• Monitor canvasser pace and performance; provide real-time coaching.
• Report daily door-count results, issues and attendance to the County Canvass Manager.
• Relay supply needs to the County Canvass Manager.
• Flag canvasser performance or conduct concerns promptly.
• Troubleshoot canvasser questions or field issues on the spot.
• Step in to cover routes or support canvassers as needed.
