Job summary

DaBella seeks a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team, drive lead generation, and coach staff for peak performance. This in-person role requires outdoor work across neighborhoods, excellent communication, and strong leadership to ensure targets are consistently met.

You will recruit, train, and supervise canvassers, coordinate daily field activities, and report on performance metrics while upholding DaBella’s service standards.
