DaBella is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvassing team in Austin, TX. This hands-on role requires coaching, recruiting, and direct leadership to hit lead-generation targets.

You will manage door-to-door outreach, mentor team members, and maintain professional homeowner relationships while driving company growth. Competitive base salary with uncapped bonuses and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Track performance metrics and report on team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas.
