DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor in Arlington to lead a boots-on-the-ground canvass team, recruit new members, and schedule inspections for the sales team. You will motivate your crew, model a strong work ethic, and contribute to field performance with proactive coaching.

Responsibilities include tracking daily activities, supporting strategy, and safely operating a company van while coordinating field logistics. Outdoor work and weekends are required.
