DaBella in Tulsa (OK) is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a front-line canvass team, knock doors with your crew, and schedule free inspections for the sales team. No closing required—focus on activity, development, and performance.

You'll recruit, train, and mentor new canvassers, track daily metrics, and collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies. This is a boots-on-the-ground, leadership-growing role with uncapped bonuses based on results.

Qualifications

• Active boots-on-the-ground role requiring long walks outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Available Monday–Saturday in Tulsa, OK area.
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead & motivate the canvass team to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Recruit new canvassers and onboard them for success.
• Coach team with feedback and lead by example in the field.
