Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in retail or dispensary settings.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Facility Agent Card from ADHS.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 20+ staff members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passionate about cannabis education and customer experience.
