JARS Cannabis in El Mirage, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our overnight dispensary to support the Store Manager in daily operations and regulatory compliance. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, scheduling, coordinating promotions with procurement and marketing, and upholding state health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in retail or dispensary settings.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Arizona Department of Health Services Facility Agent Card.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 20+ employees.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for cannabis education, compliance, and customer experience.
• Open availability to work the required overnight schedule.

Assistant Store Manager - El Mirage Overnight Dispensary

We are seeking enthusiastic, driven, and experienced Assistant Store Managers to join our team at our El Mirage overnight dispensary locations! If you're passionate about leadership, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for cannabis consumers, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state regulations, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll play an important role in developing and leading a motivated team, meeting performance goals, and creating a positive store culture.

Schedule & Availability

This position requires open availability to work overnight shifts.

• 5 days per week, with 2 days off

• 9-hour shifts

• Available shifts include:

  • 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM

  • 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Must have open availability to accommodate scheduling and business needs.
