Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure state compliance, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional service to cannabis customers.

You will develop and lead a team of 20+ staff, drive sales promotions with procurement and marketing, and help create a positive, inclusive store culture. Applicants must be 21+ with ADHS credentials and a background check.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail or dispensary settings.
• Must be 21+ and possess a valid ADHS Facility Agent Card.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 20+ staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passionate about cannabis education and customer experience.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state regulations, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
