Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Central Phoenix dispensaries seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, oversee daily operations, ensure state compliance, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will develop staff, manage inventory with accuracy, support promotions with procurement and marketing, and help create a welcoming, inclusive store culture. Must be 21+, pass background checks, and hold an ADHS Facility Agent Card.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail or dispensary settings.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid ADHS Facility Agent Card.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 20+ staff members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passionate about cannabis education and customer experience.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state regulations, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. You’ll also play a key role in developing and leading a team of motivated employees to achieve performance goals and cultivate a positive store culture.

Key Responsibilities
