Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid State of Georgia Driver's License.
• Five to seven years of job-related experience.
• Certifications: CAPP and CPP preferred.
• Experience with PARCS or parking equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of all parking garages and surface lots, including special event parking and related parking and enforcement.
• Manage and monitor parking systems daily; oversee maintenance of equipment and inventory and enforcement programs.
• Plan, train and direct contractors and monitor the transportation system.
• Ensure facilities operate in accordance with University policy including revenue control and signage.
• Assist in repairs and conduct field audits to evaluate functionality of parking equipment.
• Manage parking enforcement and dispatch operations per GT policies and regulations.
• Oversee special events staffing, parking needs, and traffic control during events.
• Assist in budgeting with Director Parking and Finance; develop annual operating budgets.

Bachelor's Degree in related field

Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP)
