Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certificate or vocational school diploma.
• Three to four years of job related experience.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License.
• Experience with grounds maintenance processes and supervising crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead in and perform maintenance of trees, shrubs, groundcovers and flower beds.
• Transport equipment and personnel to and from job sites.
• Provide instructions to landscaping crews as required.
• Lead in and perform lawn maintenance activities.
• Keep grounds free of debris and manage trash and storm drains.
• Apply chemicals to lawn, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Complete daily grounds maintenance reports.
• Train new employees in grounds keeping duties; promote safe practices.
