Job summary
Brigham Young University is seeking a Lead Design Project Manager to guide select contract projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate with consulting architects, manage design schedules, and be the primary BYU point of contact on architectural efforts across campus.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in architectural offices, expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam, and a strong command of BIM and building codes.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Architectural Technology, Design/Drafting, or related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in an architectural office or institutional facilities planning.
- Five (5) years of professional experience using Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Thorough knowledge of BIM standards and architectural drafting.
Responsibilities
- Lead Design Project Manager on select contract projects.
- Manage consulting architects on larger projects.
- Serve as primary architectural contact through planning, design, construction, and closeout.
- Ensure projects meet BYU standards, budgets, schedules, and quality expectations.
