Provide comprehensive planning, architectural design, and project management services for remodeling, renovation, infrastructure improvements, and selected new construction projects across the BYU campus. Responsibilities include programming, project planning, design, preparation of construction documents and specifications, cost and schedule coordination, code compliance, consultant management, construction administration, and project closeout. The position serves as the primary architectural representative throughout the life of assigned projects, ensuring that projects meet university standards, budgets, schedules, and quality expectations.
A firm commitment to the mission of BYU
Associate's degree in Architectural Technology, Design/Drafting, or a closely related field.
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in an architectural office or institutional facilities planning environment.
Five (5) years of professional experience using Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
