Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead peak summer operations at our rural camp sites. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, staff supervision, and strict allergen safety across meals.

You will manage prep, production for day parts, monitor portions, and coordinate with camp leadership to deliver high-quality scratch cooking while maintaining sanitation and budgeting standards. Live-on-site, 6-day weeks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• Certifications: ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Skills: Leadership, scratch baking, iPad navigation, versatile with ingredients, sharp problem-solving.
• Physical Requirements: Stand for extended periods, hot/cold kitchen settings, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Lifestyle: Live on-site in rustic setting, work 6 days/70 hours per week, thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure timely meals.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and health department standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
