Wolfoods seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead prep and production for an on-site summer camp. This live-in role requires hands-on leadership, staff oversight, and strict allergen safety protocols.

You will manage inventory, ensure scratch cooking standards, and coordinate with camp leadership to deliver meals in a fast-paced environment. The contract runs May–Sept with a 70-hour week, competitive pay, and room & board.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership and scratch baking abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking execution, and timely meal service.
• Strict allergen safety compliance and health department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
