Qualifications

• Previous cage cashier or banking experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Proficient with iOS devices and computers to include Microsoft Office products.
• Flexible to work various shifts, days, night weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds; ensure guests have a favorable gaming experience.
• Balancing and reconciling cash drawers daily; complete currency exchanges with the vault.
• Lead the team in day-to-day operations as directed by supervisor.
• Complete CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering accurate information, resolving issues, and upholding service standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Casino Lead Cage Cashier is responsible for accurately handling cash, chips, and coin transactions while providing courteous, professional service to guests. This role ensures compliance with internal controls, IRS regulations, and gaming laws while maintaining balanced cash drawers, completing required documentation, and supporting a secure and positive gaming experience. Cage Cashiers must work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and customer service.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift.Assuringthat guestshave a favorable gaming experience

Responsible for balancing and reconciling cash drawers daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance while completing currency exchanges with the vault

What You Will Need

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Experience working in a cash handling environment encouraged
