Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, friendly, knowledgeable service to guests on the slot floor.
  • Assist players with machine operation and resolve minor technical issues.
  • Process jackpots and payouts and ensure a positive gaming experience.
  • Maintain game integrity and support slot operations.
  • Communicate functionality of Slot Floor (e.g., Fast Cash).
  • Respond to service requests including slot dispatch, candle lights, and radio while meeting standards.
  • Verify and countersign hand paid jackpots.
  • Handle guest complaints using Service Recovery with urgency and empathy.

Job Summary

The Slot Attendant provides fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service to guests on the slot floor. This role assists players with machine operation, resolves minor technical issues, processes jackpots and payouts, and ensures a positive gaming experience. Slot Attendants help maintain game integrity, support slot operations, and deliver exceptional guest service in a high‑energy environment.

  • Actively patrols assigned sections looking for opportunities to surprise and delight guests,While, enhancingguest’s slot entertainment experience by creating a fun, high-energy environment through the celebration of slot wins and building players’perceptionof luck
  • Displays attentive, upbeat, and enthusiastic behavior duringeach“Moment of Truth” interaction throughout the shift
  • Develops customer loyalty by delivering unparalleled guest interactions as directed bycompany trainedinitiatives
  • Clearly communicates functionality of Slot Floor (i.e.,Fast Cash - ticket in/ticket outs
  • Responds to the right customers in the right order for service requests including slot dispatch, slot candle lights, radio, and customers while meeting or exceeding department service standards
  • Verifies and countersigns hand paid jackpots
  • Resolves guest complaintsthrough the use of“Service Recovery”with a sense of urgency and empathy with approved levels of authority
  • Keeps slot areas clean, secure, and wellmaintained

Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same

Presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same

Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned

What You Will Need
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Racing & Gaming license

HS Diploma or GED required

  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills including tact when dealing with difficult customers
  • Constant public contact with frequent interruptions
  • Basic computer skills required, mustdemonstratea high levelof technicalproficiency
  • Must be able to add, subtract, and multiplylarge amountsof money at a rapid andaccuraterate.
  • Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance

Courteous, friendly, outgoing personality is essential

Ability tomaintain extremelyconfidential information

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds

Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds

Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively

Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period

Must have manual dexterity

Must be able to work in an environment subject to variable temperatures,bright flashing lights,and loud noise

Flexible to work various shifts to include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
