Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a Cable Foreman to supervise a crew performing copper and data cabling, pulling, terminating, and testing. The role requires reading drawings and plans, strong attention to detail, and adherence to OSHA standards to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

You will lead technicians on projects within the National Capital Area, ensuring safety, coordination, and on-schedule delivery while mentoring less experienced installers and upholding security and site policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Cable Foreman or 3+ years as Senior Installer; lead crew and meet production goals.
• Foreman responsible for safety and day-to-day crew operations; ensure quality and deadlines.
• Also perform daily time, production and as-built reporting.

Responsibilities

• Cabling and conduit services.
• Lead technicians and installers to complete tasks and responsibilities.
• Upgrade and replacement of systems on a scheduled basis.
• Installation of new systems.
• Fulfillment of service requests for all voice and data services moves, adds, changes, and disconnects.
• Management and maintenance of all equipment rooms in the NCR.
• Process configuration updates based on service changes.
• Process financial transactions based on service changes.
• Quality management activities and business process re-engineering.
• Procurement of all equipment, materials, and supplies for operations and maintenance.
• Support and completion of all projects.
• Onsite project activities including managing a crew to meet milestones and budget.
• Embrace safety culture and follow safe work practices.
