All Native Group is seeking a MID Level Cable Installer to join a crew performing copper and other cable installations, terminations, and testing. The role requires reading construction drawings and using hand tools, test equipment, and power tools, with overtime as needed.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to learn new procedures; candidates should have 3–5 years in telecom infrastructure and a high school diploma or trade training, with a SECRET clearance preferred

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of experience in telecommunication infrastructure installation.
• 3-years' experience with Wiring and Cabling.
• High school diploma or trade training as listed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Crew Leader and Senior Cable Installers on projects.
• Install cabling and related infrastructure.
• Perform cable terminations, pulling, and testing.
• Read construction drawings and use tools to maximize crew efficiency.
• Differentiate termination color codes and work overtime as needed.
• May participate in Proposal Support functions.
