Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a Cabling Foreman in the Washington, DC area to supervise a crew performing copper and data cabling, read plans, and ensure OSHA compliance.

You will lead field technicians, coordinate installation tasks, manage materials, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. NEC/BICSI/EIA/TIA standards knowledge and foreman experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Cable Foreman or 3+ years as a Senior Installer.
• Foreman is responsible for crew safety and meeting production goals.
• Daily reporting of time, production and as-built documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians and installers to complete tasks and responsibilities.
• Oversee cabling, conduit and system installations.
• Upgrade/replace systems on scheduled basis.
• Procure equipment, materials and supplies for operations.
• Ensure quality work and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain on-site project activity and crew productivity.
• Read and interpret drawings, floor plans, specs and cut-sheets.
• Enforce OSHA safety practices and site security.
