Job summary

All Native Group in Washington, DC is seeking an entry-level Cable Installer to join a field crew. You will assist with pulling, terminating, and testing copper and other cables, and support installation of cable infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in telecommunications wiring, the ability to read drawings, and a willingness to learn on the job. This role requires physical stamina and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, military electronic specialization schools, or trade school certification.
• Must have 1+ years of experience in telecommunication infrastructure installation.
• 1 year Experience with Wiring and Cabling.
• A clean driving record is required, and candidate must provide a DMV record upon offer of employment.
• Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• Drug Free Workplace policy applies to all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Crew Leader, Senior Cable Installers and Technicians on the successful completion of assigned projects.
• Installs cabling and associated infrastructure.
• Cable terminations, pulling, and testing.
• Learns to effectively utilize work scheduling to maximize crew efficiency.
