Job summary
NinjaOne is seeking a Lead C++ Software Engineer to advance our endpoint management platform trusted by 40,000+ customers worldwide. You will mentor engineers, review architecture, and drive cross‑team collaboration to deliver scalable updates across Windows, macOS and Linux.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of C++ development experience in modern C++ (C++17+).
- Experience with cross-platform development (Windows/macOS/Linux).
- Familiarity with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
- Knowledge of SQLite and embedded database patterns.
- Proficiency with CMake; Qt and Vcpkg a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Review code for correctness, maintainability, and architecture health.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on the team.
- Identify gaps and drive process improvements to completion.
- Collaborate with mainline, catalog, and patching squads.
- Translate roadmap priorities into sound technical design.
- Other duties as needed.
