Rockwoods Inc. is building a hands‑on Business Transformation team in Newport News, VA.

We are seeking a leader who will run transformation engagements and build a small team of analysts, collaborating with Lending, Operations, Finance, and HR to redesign how the organization operates as it grows. You'll be in the room delivering workshops, mapping processes, and driving adoption, not just supervising others.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business transformation or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams or engagements.
• Hands-on experience with operating-model redesign.
• Experience shaping programs and driving adoption.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• MBA or certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, Prosci) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation engagements end to end, from discovery through redesign, implementation, and adoption.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of Business Transformation Analysts.
• Partner with business leaders to spot operating‑model and process improvements early.
• Collaborate with the PMO on intake, prioritization, and distinguishing transformational work.
• Lead process reengineering and technology-enabled change, including human‑AI workflow design.
• Assign team members to engagements and manage capacity.
• Track and report adoption and business results to executives and stakeholders.
