Job summary

Curate Partners LLC seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams within an investment management environment in Boston, MA. Experience bridging business and technical teams.
Proven SQL and data analysis capabilities.
Experience gathering requirements and creating user stories.
Knowledge of process mapping and technical documentation.
Understanding of architecture, data flows, and integrations.
Experience with software development and QA teams.
Strong Agile/Scrum, testing, and UAT experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
Partner with engineering, QA, and business teams throughout solution design and delivery.
Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
Coordinate testing, defect tracking, UAT, and requirements validation.
Support Agile processes including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
Own initiatives from requirements through successful delivery.
