Lead Business Systems Analyst- Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams within an investment management environment. This role combines business and systems analysis with hands-on solution delivery, translating business objectives into detailed technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience with CRM platforms, and the ability to lead initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions
