KPMG Assignment Select is geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work. Our team comprises highly trained third-party professionals who are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skillset.

KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement frameworks, reference models, process architectures, process documentation templates, process change methodologies, BP notations and modeling standards, and patterns for strategic business process improvements with a focus on value realization.
  • Design process hierarchies and general Business Process repository structures to support modeling and maintenance of business process documentation and its evolution.
  • Identify key business processes for documentation, analysis, and improvement; define prioritization mechanisms to generate the roadmap.
  • Identify training and education needs for employees on BPM principles and practices to ensure a common understanding and approach.
  • Help outline governance policies and guidelines to improve the chances of successful adoption.
Qualifications
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in Business Architecture and Business Process Management, supporting Business Process standardization through Enterprise Applications.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Experience with business process improvement vs reengineering, business architecture, BPM notation, BP mining, BP governance, BP Frameworks, and APQC.
  • Establishment of a BPM CoE, shared services organization, or similar is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Applications such as SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, with proficiency in ARIS; ARIS Architect is a powerful tool for designing, modeling, and optimizing business processes.
  • Experience with LeanIX; solid understanding of its use for enterprise architecture and business transformation.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful and courteous work environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. No sponsorship is available for this role.
