Key Responsibilities

1. Combine deep cloud architecture expertise with advanced AI/ML knowledge to develop solutions that streamline workflows, enable collaboration, and drive innovation.
2. Partner with cross-functional teams to align platform development with business objectives, supporting the deployment of Responsible AI solutions emphasizing transparency, fairness, and ethics.
3. Lead the enhancement of the ML Ops platform to improve developer experience, scalability, and efficiency.
4. Design and manage cloud infrastructure supporting the MLOps platform, leveraging IaC tools like Terraform, ensuring scalability, security, cost-effectiveness, and high availability.
5. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Collaborate with reliability engineering teams to ensure platform operational reliability, observability, and fault tolerance.
7. Build and maintain DevOps pipelines for ML workflows, including automated training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
8. Design tools and systems to enhance platform reliability, including dashboards, logging, and alerting frameworks.
9. Adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct and core values.

Qualifications

1. Partner with data science, product management, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and support their needs.
2. Apply interdisciplinary knowledge from data science and health/biology sciences to design holistic MLOps solutions.
3. 7+ years of experience in ML Ops, Data Engineering, or related roles.
4. Demonstrate commitment to service and quality excellence.
5. Build trust and act with authenticity, fostering a culture of integrity, inclusion, and respect.
6. Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
