We are seeking an experiencedWorkfront Expert / Architectto join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in translating business needs into scalable project management solutions. You’ll be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Workfront to support our operational workflows, increase team efficiency, and provide clear visibility into project health and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current Workfront setup and recommend architectural improvements
• Design and configure Workfront to support project lifecycle management, intake processes, resource planning, and reporting needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Managers, Marketing Ops, IT, etc.) to gather requirements and translate them into Workfront workflows
• Develop and optimize custom forms, templates, reports, and dashboards
• Implement and document governance, user roles, and permissions
• Create training materials and provide onboarding sessions for users and admins
• Identify automation opportunities and integrations (e.g., Fusion, Slack, Jira)
• Troubleshoot system issues and act as the primary point of contact for Workfront-related questions
• Stay current on Workfront updates and new features

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront administration, architecture, and implementation
• Proven success leading or consulting on Workfront rollouts or major reconfigurations
• Strong understanding of project and resource management concepts
• Experience building custom reports, dashboards, and forms in Workfront
• Familiarity with Workfront Fusion or third-party integration tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
• Adobe Workfront certification is a strong plus

Hourly Rate $80 per Hour
