Lead Enterprise Architect - Workplace Technology
Join our dynamic Global Business Services Workplace Technology (WPT) engineering team and be part of a global organization that provides IT services to 25,000 colleagues worldwide. Our team of architects and engineers is dedicated to designing, implementing, and enhancing both existing and innovative new services.
As a Lead Enterprise Architect, you will lead key technology initiatives, drive innovation, and improve our Workplace Technology services. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our security compliance and standards while participating in exciting workplace developments.
Responsibilities:
Provide technology leadership and guidance for a talented technical architecture and engineering team, making a significant impact on a global scale.
Lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives that bring innovative improvements to communication, collaboration, and security services.
Formulate and enforce service standards tailored to innovative workplace services.
Ensure the quality and performance of architecture projects and services aimed at enhancing end-user experiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Global Business Services technology teams and business customers to define product vision, strategy and implementation planning for Workplace Technology services.
Drive innovation by proactively identifying opportunities, and compatibility and integration assessments for new end-user technologies.
Automate and optimize operational processes and recurring activities to achieve operational excellence and enhance efficiency across workplace technology initiatives.
Qualifications:
A minimum of seven years of progressive information technology leadership experience in a global matrixed environment, with at least two years in a leading engineering or architecture role.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
Strong expertise in IT systems architecture, engineering, and implementation projects through practical experience and relevant technology certifications.
Experience in coordinating with service stakeholders and business customers to determine requirements and ensuring successful implementations.
Familiarity with traditional waterfall, Agile, and/or Scrum DevOps delivery in enterprise scale environments.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement emerging technologies to improve business processes.
