stbancorp is seeking an experienced underwriting professional to join our Business Banking lending team in Pennsylvania. The Underwriter I will lead daily workflow, assess credit facilities, and make timely lending decisions within delegated authority.

The role requires 5–10 years in commercial underwriting, strong credit analysis skills, and the ability to train staff while ensuring compliance with banking laws and internal policies across multiple locations in PA.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Five to ten years of experience in Commercial Underwriting and related fields.
• Strong credit analysis and lending knowledge.
• Experience with portfolio management or loan review is a plus.
