Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• 2+ years of team management or leadership experience.
• 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content production, or domain-focused project work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytical content
• Conduct thorough QA reviews, refine processes, and drive team efficiency
• Provide constructive performance feedback, hands-on training, and career development guidance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations
