Job summary

Alignerr, powered by Labelbox, seeks experienced postsecondary Business instructors to shape how AI understands and applies core business concepts. This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract where you design questions, review AI-generated content, and provide clear feedback to improve AI reasoning.

You will work asynchronously 10–40 hours per week, teaching topics from strategy and management to operations and finance, with autonomy and potential for ongoing work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance.
• Able to clearly articulate and evaluate business reasoning in written form.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design and review business questions, case studies, and scenarios used to train AI systems.
• Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples.
• Apply your teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and edge cases.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project milestones.
